h/c & punk cannot exists only as a musical stream. That's why we stay for political activization of our native h/c & punk scene. Our practice is a demonstration of examples of active social stand which have a h/c & punk musicians.

we are a @narchy sympathizers and that's why we oppose any kind of discrimination. We do not spread or distribute materials, contain any of such phobia. We recognize the importance of gender balance in scene & will try to make our utmost for successful distribution of female h/c & punk bands.

we do not have any commercial interests. We consider that have a right to depend on your understanding of our conditions & methods as from musicians, as from scene supporters.

«MУЛ» is not a label from the traditional point of view. But it fulfills some informational & communicational function to acknowledge our h/c & punk community with development of foreign & our regional scene.
